Its income is generated from two sources, namely levy and licence fees. The levy is collected in accordance with the PMSO and the Levy Regulation under the PMSO. With the implementation of the licensing regime for the PM industry commencing on 1 August 2020, the PMSA had also received licence fees from PM practitioners and PM companies. The total income and expenditure of the PMSA for the year were HK$46.81 million and HK$42.88 million respectively. This resulted in a surplus of HK$3.93 million. In the initial set-up period, the PMSA had applied for a loan of HK$22 million from the Government Loan Fund. The first repayment of HK$4.4 million for the loan was made on 1 April 2023. As of 31 March 2024, the Government loan balance was HK$17.6 million and the relevant interest expense paid for the year was HK$0.41 million. The second repayment of HK$4.4 million for the loan will be made on 2 April 2024. 監管局是自負盈虧的法定機構,經費來自 徵款及牌照費。徵款是根據《物管條例》 及其下的《徵款規例》而徵收。隨着物管 業發牌制度於 2020 年 8 月 1 日正式實施, 監管局亦開始從物管從業員及物管公司收 取牌照費。 監管局本年度的總收入及總支出分別為港 幣 4,681 萬元及港幣 4,288 萬元,盈餘為 港幣 393 萬元。 監管局在成立初期,向政府「貸款基金」 申請了港幣 2 , 200 萬元貸款。監管局於 2023 年 4 月 1 日已償還政府第一期本金港 幣 440 萬元。截至 2024 年 3 月 31 日,政府 貸款餘額為港幣 1,760 萬元,而本年度有 關利息支出約港幣 41 萬元。第二期本金 港幣 440 萬元的還款日期為 2024 年 4 月 2 日。 財務狀況 Financial Highlights
