51 Annual Report 2023-24 Property Management Services Authority 發牌規管 Regulating by Licensing 財務報告 Financial Report 年度回顧 Review of the Year 積極溝通聯繫 Active Communication 機構管治 Corporate Governance Licensing Status The licensing regime established under the PMSO has been ful ly implemented since 1 August 2023. As of 31 March 2024, the PMSA had cumulatively received over 21,800 PM Practitioner and PM Company licence applications and issued licence to over 770 PM companies which provide PM services to over 2.4 million units in different types of private properties in Hong Kong. As for PM practitioners, the PMSA had already issued over 18,100 PM Practitioner licences, of which formal licences account for 70% and provisional licences account for 30%. Discounting those who hold both formal and provisional l icences or different classes of l icences, over 14,100 PM practitioners have been licensed. 發牌情況 根據《物管條例》設立的發牌制度已於 2023 年 8 月 1 日起全面實施。截至 2024 年 3 月 31 日，監管局累計接獲逾 21,800 宗 物管人及物管公司牌照申請，並已向逾 770 間為全港不同類型私人物業逾 240 萬 個單位提供物管服務的物管公司發出牌 照。至於物管從業員方面，監管局已發出 18,100 多個物管人牌照，其中正式牌照 佔 70% ，臨時牌照佔 30% ；扣除同時持 有正式及臨時牌照或持有不同級別牌照的 物管從業員，已有超過 14,100 名物管從 業員領有物管人牌照。 發牌規管 Regulating by Licensing
