55 Annual Report 2023-24 Property Management Services Authority 發牌規管 Regulating by Licensing 財務報告 Financial Report 年度回顧 Review of the Year 積極溝通聯繫 Active Communication 機構管治 Corporate Governance • 物管公司牌照 呼籲市民關注物管公司是否已經持 牌：監管局不時透過各種渠道向全 港不同持份者作出呼籲，例如提醒 業主組織關注及核實所屬物業聘用 的物管公司是否已經持有有效物管 公司牌照，以避免有關物管公司在 過渡期完結後因未能符合法例要求 持牌，以致未能繼續提供物管服 務，影響有關市民的起居生活。 • PM Company licence Appealing for the public to pay attention to whether PM companies are licensed: The PMSA had appealed through var ious channels to di f ferent stakeholders in Hong Kong from time to time, including reminding owners’ organisations to pay attention and verify whether the PM company engaged by their property is licensed, so as to prevent PM company from failing to provide seamless PM services after the ending of the transitional period due to non-compliance with the law, which in turn affecting the livelihood of the members of the public concerned.
