The PM industry of Hong Kong has entered into a new era for PM whereby relevant PM companies and practitioners are all licensed and advancing towards enhanced quality and professionalism. The smooth implementation of the PM industry licensing regime attributes to the support of various stakeholders. To mark this historical and crucial milestone, the PMSA held on 31 August 2023 the “Embracing the New Era for PM” Commemorative Ceremony 2023 dur ing the thi rd Internat ional Proper ty Management and Procurement Expo held at the Hong Kong Convent ion and Exhibi t ion Centre, and presented at the Ceremony certificates of appreciation to relevant Government departments, public bodies, PMSA recognised professional bodies, industry organisations, educational institutions and PM practitioners acting as spokespersons for promoting the PM industry to express the heartfelt gratitude of the PMSA. 物管業發牌制度下的三年過渡期於 2023 年 7 月 31 日順利完結，象徵著香港物管業 正式踏入物管公司及從業員均持牌朝優質 化專業化發展的全新世代。物管業發牌制 度得以順利成功落實，實有賴不同持份者 的支持。為慶祝這個具歷史性意義的重要 時刻，監管局於 2023 年 8 月 31 日假香港 會議展覽中心舉行的第三屆國際物業管理 及採購博覽期間舉辦「抱擁物管新世代」 紀念典禮 2023 ，在典禮上頒發感謝狀予 相關政府部門、公營機構、監管局認可專 業團體、業界組織、大專院校及為推動物 管業作代言人的物管從業員，以表示衷心 謝意。 物管業發牌制度順利過渡 Smooth Transition of the PM Industry Licensing Regime
