The three respondents admitted to the allegations made by the PMSA in the hearings. The Disciplinary Committee unanimously ruled that the al legat ions made against the three respondents were substantiated, and in accordance with the PMSO, issued disciplinary orders against the three respondents, including verbal warning, written reprimand and severe written reprimand orders.
