Licence Renewal
As per the requirements of the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap. 626), an application for the renewal of a licence must be made to the Property Management Services Authority within 6 to 9 months for a property management company licence and within 3 to 6 months for a property management practitioner licence before the expiry of the licence.
Submit licence application
An application for licence renewal may be submitted following the procedures set out below.

Make an appointment to submit the following at the Property Management Services Authority office Note 1: • A filled and signed application form; • The original of the required documents; • A copy of the required documents; and • The required fee (may pay by cash, cheque or Faster Payment System (FPS)). or Post the following to the Property Management Services Authority office Note 2: • A filled and signed application form; • A copy of the required documents (the verified copy will NOT be returned to the applicant); and • Crossed cheque for required fee (pay to “Property Management Services Authority”, post-dated cheque is not accepted). |
Note 1: At this stage, the Property Management Services Authority only accepts submission of original documents for inspection by appointment. No walk-in counter services are provided.
Note 2: Underpaid mail items will not be accepted by the Property Management Services Authority.
