In line with Government action to reduce the risk of spreading the novel coronavirus in the community, the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) announced today that its Executive Office maintains provision of essential and basic services for the public on a limited-scale until further notice.
However, while applicants for property management industry licences are encouraged to submit applications online or by post, the PMSA Reception Counter will continue to receive application during office hours. The Reception Counter operation and meeting with the public will be conducted by appointment. Special measures will be adopted at the Reception Counter to enhance hygiene for dealing with licence applications.
Other public services including general enquiries will be handled through email or by phone. The PMSA will continue to keep a close watch on the development of the situation and will announce to the public timely if there is further change to its services.
