Chairperson WONG of the PMSA said, “The theme of the Expo this year is ‘Upgrade Estate Management, Release Real Asset Value’. Aging buildings will undoubtedly affect severely the environment and society. Many accidents involving buildings in recent years have raised public concern about sustainable development of buildings. Good maintenance, building management that is safe and environmentally friendly as well as improved performance in sustainable development are key to maintaining, and even enhancing, the value of a property. The Expo provides a platform for the PM industry to share and exchange ideas on the topic of how the PM industry can support promoting sustainable development in Hong Kong, such that together they can contribute towards building a smart and green Hong Kong.”
The Expo is a professional exhibiting platform for the PM industry and suppliers of related supporting facilities to feature their latest service and product offers as well as to facilitate industry communication and foster more business partnerships among the industry. It is a major annual event of the PM industry of Hong Kong.
