The Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) welcomes collaboration with business partners to push forward together the development of the property management industry of Hong Kong towards enhanced quality and professionalism.

When the PMSA conducts procurement, suppliers will be given equal opportunities to participate and compete, and procurement of goods or service contracts will be conducted through fair, open, transparent and competitive procedures. The PMSA treats all suppliers equally and ensures that all suppliers receive the same information prior to tender submission.
